*Children enrolled on a regular weekly basis will have priority over drop-in child care. Drop-in child care is based on available space.  

*$40 registration fee and first week’s tuition due at time of enrollment to secure a spot.

*All families are required to setup autopay with a credit/debit card or bank account. 

*Private pay tuition will be collected weekly every Friday PRIOR to child care being provided the following week.

*Families who receive subsidy through MountainHeart will be charged their co-pay weekly every Monday based on the actual number of days children attend the prior week.

*Private pay tuition is due regardless of your child's attendance or program closures for holidays, weather, etc.
